WTC Final 2023 IND vs Aus Playing XI  : भारत और ऑस्‍ट्रेलिया के बीच होने वाला विश्‍व टेस्‍ट चैंपियनशिप का फाइनल अब कुछ ही घंटे की दूरी पर है। सात जून से इंग्‍लैंड के द ओवल में मुकाबला शुरू हो जाएगा। इसके लिए दोनों टीमें तैयार हैं। इस बीच सबसे बड़ा सवाल ये है कि क्‍या डब्‍ल्‍यूटीसी फाइनल के लिए दोनों टीमों की प्‍लेइंग इलेवन क्‍या होगी। यानी कौन से वो 11 खिलाड़ी होंगे, जो मैदान पर आमने सामने नजर आएंगे। अब केवल एक ही दिन बचा हुआ है और अभी तक प्‍लेइंग इलेवन पर से पर्दा नहीं हटा है। लेकिन मैच से एक दिन पहले टीम इंडिया के कप्‍तान रोहित शर्मा और ऑस्‍ट्रेलियाई कप्‍तान पैट कमिंस जब मीडिया से रूबरू हुए तो प्‍लेइंग इलेवन की ओर हल्‍का सा इशारा मिल गया है कि आखिरी 11 प्‍लेयर्स कौन से हो सकते हैं। 

ऑस्‍ट्रेलिया की प्‍लेइंग इलेवन में मिलेगा स्‍कॉट बोलेंड को मौका 


ऑस्‍ट्रेलियाई कैंप से ये पहले ही तय हो गया था कि तेज गेंदबाज जोश हेजलवुड इंजरी के कारण डब्‍ल्‍यूटीसी फाइनल नहीं खेल पाएंगे। वैसे तो उनकी जगह माइकल नेसर को टीम में शामिल किया गया था। इसके बाद सवा ये था कि कप्‍तान पैट कमिंस और मिचेल स्‍टार्क के अलावा टीम का तीसरा तेज गेंदबाज कौन होगा। क्‍या माइकल नेसर को जगह मिलेगी या फिर स्‍कॉट बोलेंड खेलते हुए नजर आएंगे। इस बीच पैट कमिंस ने मैच से एक दिन पहले ही ये साफ कर दिया है कि उनकी प्‍लेइंग इलेवन में स्‍कॉट बोलैंड को शामिल किया जाएगा। ऑस्‍ट्रेलिया की प्‍लेइंग इलेवन को लेकर मामला केवल यहीं पर फंसा हुआ था। लेकिन अब ऑस्‍ट्रेलिया की प्‍लेइंग इलेवन करीब करीब तय हो गई है। 

ऐसी हो सकती है डब्‍ल्‍यूटीसी में ऑस्‍ट्रेलिया की प्‍लेइंग इलेवन 

ऑस्‍ट्रेलियाई टीम की प्‍लेइंग इलेवन की बात की जाए तो पता चलता है कि टीम की ओर से ओपनिंग के लिए डेविड वार्नर और उस्‍मान ख्‍वाजा आएंगे। वहीं नंबर तीन पर मार्नस लाबुशेन के आने की संभावना है। पूर्व कप्‍तान स्‍टीव स्मिथ नंबर चार पर बल्‍लेबाजी के लिए आएंगे। इसके बाद ट्रेविस हेड और कैमरन ग्रीन का नंबर आएगा। इनके स्‍थान में अदला बदली भी की जा सकती है। वहीं विकेट कीपर बल्‍लेबाज के तौर पर एलेक्‍स कैरी होंगे। इसके बाद आएंगे कप्‍तान पैट कमिंस और मिचेल स्‍टार्क। स्पिनर के तौर पर नाथन लॉयन का कोई विकल्‍प ऑस्‍ट्रेलिया के पास नहीं है, यानी वे ही खेलते हुए नजर आएंगे और नंबर 11 के प्‍लेयर होंगे स्‍कॉट बोलैंड। इसमें अब बहुत ज्‍यादा फेरबदल की संभावना नजर नहीं आती है। 

टीम इंडिया की प्‍लेइंग इलेवन को लेकर सस्‍पेंस 

ऑस्‍ट्रेलिया की प्‍लेइंग इलेवन तो करीब करीब तय सी नजर आती है, लेकिन टीम इंडिया को लेकर पेंच जरूर फंसा हुआ है। वैसे तो टॉप आर्डर तय सा नजर आ रहा है, लेकिन विकेट कीपर बल्‍लेबाज इशान किशन होंगे या फिर केएस भरत इसकी तस्‍वीर साफ होनी बाकी है। वहीं टीम इंडिया कितने स्पिनर्स के साथ मैदान में उतरेगी। एक ही स्पिनर खेलेगा या फिर दो के साथ जाएगा। अगर एक ही खेलेगा तो वे रविचंद्रन अश्विन होंगे या फिर रवींद्र जडेजा। वहीं पेसर कौन कौन होंगे। मोहम्‍मद शमी और मोहम्‍मद सिराज तो खेलेंगे ही खेलेंगे, लेकिन तीसरा तेज गेंदबाज उमेश यादव होंगे या फिर शार्दुल ठाकुर, इससे पर्दा हटना अभी बाकी है। देखना होगा कि कप्‍तान रोहित शर्मा और कोच राहुल द्रविड़ किस कॉबिनेशन के साथ मैदान में उतरते हैं।

Vinay Rajkumar starrer Gramayana to be relaunched on June 8 | Kannada Movie News – Times of India

The project of actor Vinay Rajkumar’s Gramayana which was stalled following the death of the producer NLN Murthy in 2020, will be restarted again with new production houses backing the project and Devanur Chandru directing it.
Sharing the news on twitter producer K P Sreekanth wrote, “Hi all m happy 2 announce our next project muhurath is on 8th of june # venue @ bande Mahakali temple morning 9 30 am # need all ur blessings nd support # more details coming soon.”
In the film, Vinay Rajkumar plays the role of sixth sense Seena. The movie which was shot at Kannada thespian Dr Rajkumar house where spent his initial days got good response with teaser and poster getting terrific response.
The makers are also likely to make some changes in the script. Actor Aparna is making a comeback to the silver screen with the project. The heroine and rest of the star cast is yet to be finalized.
Vinay Rajkumar last outing was 10 which was released in cinema halls without much publicity got good response on OTT platforms. He also has Pepe which sees him in a rugged and raw look and Andodittu Kaala which has Aditi Prabhudeva as a female lead. These two films are likely to release this year. He is also shooting for Ondu Sarala Prema Kathe.

WTC Final Countdown – Playing in overseas conditions has given me a lot of confidence: Shubman Gill | Cricket News – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Talented young batsman Shubman Gill has been in sensational form with the bat recently. Following an impressive performance in the recently-concluded Indian Premier League season 16, the 23-year-old is now set to carry his good form into the eagerly-awaited World Test Championship (WTC) Final against Australia. The match is scheduled to commence on June 7 at the Oval.
Considered to be an all-formats superstar in the making, Shubman, while playing for the Gujarat Titans in IPL 2023, displayed his dominance by smashing three centuries and emerging as the highest run-scorer of the tournament. Shubman signed off the tournament with a total of 890 runs at an average of 59.33 under his belt.
Shubman in fact became the first batsman to score centuries in Tests, ODIs, T20Is and in the IPL in the same calendar year.

Considering his recent scintillating form, Shubman is expected to fire on all cylinders when he opens Team India‘s batting alongside captain Rohit Sharma.
Shubman was also part of the Indian team that lost the inaugural World Test Championship final to New Zealand by eight wickets in Southampton in 2021. He contributed with 28 and 8 in the WTC final and will be itching to better those statistics.

“The experience in red ball cricket has been phenomenal. I have learned a lot with time and will keep learning. I have played around 15 Tests so far. Most of those Tests have been outside India. Playing overseas has given me a lot of confidence. The experience has been really great. You get to know different conditions, you get to play on different tracks, be it bouncy, spin-friendly, or anything else. I have cherished every single condition I have played in,” Shubman told TimesofIndia.com in an interview.
Shubman has played 15 Tests in his career so far, averaging 34.23, and has played the most number of Tests against Australia and England — 5 each.
In 5 Tests against Australia, Shubman has scored 413 runs at an average of 51.62. He has one century and 2 fifties under his belt against the Aussies.

Shubman’s Test debut was also against Australia during India’s 2020-21 tour, under the captaincy of Ajinkya Rahane. He was part of the victorious Rahane-led Team India’s memorable 2-1 series win against Australia in Australia.
Shubman played 3 Tests on that tour and scored 259 runs at an average of 51.80.
“From making my debut in Melbourne against Australia to playing in England, I got to learn a lot. Sharing the dressing room with the seniors – Virat bhai, Rohit bhai, Ajinkya, Pujara has been amazing. I have enjoyed batting in overseas conditions,” Shubman further told TimesofIndia.com.

On being asked about his favourite Test knock so far, Shubman rated his Brisbane knock as his best. He scored 91 runs in India’s thrilling three-wicket win against Australia in that match.

“There are so many (favourite knocks) but I will rate my knock in Brisbane on top. It will be close to my heart. Our team needed runs in that crucial match and I am happy that I could contribute and give my best. It was one of the best series wins. I am happy and proud that I was part of that series win,” the 23-year-old winner of the IPL 2023 orange cap said.

“Ajinkya led from the front and we all were confident that we would win. Rishabh played a wonderful knock and took us to a series win. It was a memorable win. I wanted to score as many runs in the fourth innings as possible and played confidently. I wanted to win the match for my team,” Shubman signed off.

As they were exiting from the airport, the siblings were spotted holding their mother’s hand and leading her to their car. In fact, while they were in the flight, Ayushmann had shared a selfie with his mom and brother and wrote ‘Maa’ on the picture, with their mom in the middle and two brothers on the side, denoting how the two of them will be there for her and protect her at any cost.
Post his father’s death , Ayushmann took to his Instagram account to pen an emotional note. Remembering his late father P Khurrana, he wrote, “Maa ka khayal rakhna hai aur humesha saath rehna hai. Pita jaisa banne ke liye bahut duur jaana padta hai apne pita se. Pehli baar aisa mehsoos ho raha hai ki papa bahut duur aur bahut qareeb hain humare. भोपाल: जिस 19 साल की युवती को बीजेपी सांसद साध्वी प्रज्ञ सिंह ठाकुर द केरला स्टोरी फिल्म दिखाने के लिए सिनेमा हॉल में ले गईं थीं वही 19 साल की युवती जो एक नर्सिंग छात्रा थी, शादी से ठीक पहले मंडप छोड़ अपने प्रेमी युसूफ के साथ भाग गई। सिनेमा दिखाने के बाद विशेष रूप से, लड़की को भोपाल से भाजपा सांसद साध्वी प्रज्ञा सिंह ठाकुर ने यूसुफ से दूरी बनाने की सलाह दी थी। 

विवादों में है द केरल स्टोरी फिल्म

द केरल स्टोरी फिल्म की कहानी अदा शर्मा द्वारा अभिनीत केरल की एक हिंदू महिला की कहानी है। इस्लाम अपनाने के लिए उसका ब्रेनवॉश किया जाता है और उसे सीरिया भेज दिया जाता है, जहां उसे आतंकी संगठन आईएस में शामिल होने के लिए मजबूर किया जाता है। फिल्म पिछले साल टीजर रिलीज होने के बाद से ही विवादों में थी। 

पड़ोसी मुस्लिम युवक के साथ भागी हिंदू युवती

भोपाल के नया बसेरा इलाके की रहने वाली 19 वर्षीय युवती के परिजनों के मुताबिक युसूफ उनका पड़ोसी है। लड़की के परिवार के अनुसार, लड़की अपनी शादी से ठीक पहले यूसुफ के साथ भाग गई। युवती की शादी 30 मई को तय हुई थी और शादी के मंडप को छोड़ युवती अपनी शादी के लिए रखी गई नकदी और आभूषण के साथ युसूफ के साथ फरार हो गई है।

युवती के परिजनों ने लगाया आरोप

भोपाल के कमला नगर थाने में दर्ज कराई गई अपनी शिकायत में लड़की के परिवार ने आरोप लगाया है कि यूसुफ ने “अपनी मीठी बातों से उनकी बेटी को फंसा लिया और बाद में उसके साथ भाग गया”। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि युसुफ ने लड़की के नाम पर एक बैंक लोन भी लिया था और उसे ईएमआई का भुगतान करने के लिए मजबूर किया था।

युवती ने कहा-अपनी मर्जी से भागी

हालांकि, परिवार के आरोपों के विपरीत, लड़की ने पुलिस के सामने अपने कबूलनामे में कहा कि वह यूसुफ के साथ भाग गई थी, जो एक हिस्ट्रीशीटर है। जिसके खिलाफ छह से अधिक आपराधिक मामले हैं, वह युसूफ के साथ किसी तरह के दवाब नहीं अपनी मर्जी से भागी है।

Medico steps out of hosp, dies by suicide in quarry | Bengaluru News – Times of India

KOLAR: A 26-year-old postgraduate student of paediatrics from MVJ Medical College in Hoskote of Bengaluru Rural district died allegedly by suicide by jumping into a quarry pit filled with water near Kendatti, off Bengaluru-Chennai national highway, near Kolar.
Dr Darshini, who was from Ballari, is suspected to have ended her life around 11.30am on Sunday. Some villagers later spotted her body afloat and alerted police. The body was fished out by afternoon. Police said the doctor hired an auto near her college to reach the quarry about 25km away. On reaching the spot, she made a call to her friend and said she was committing suicide. Tragedy struck before the friend could alert the authorities.
However, expressing doubts about the suicide theory, Prajval, Darshini’s younger brother, said that his sister wouldn’t have had the courage to travel nearly 25km (away from her hostel) on her own to an abandoned quarry to end her life. Suspecting foul play, he has urged police to conduct a thorough probe.
According to Dr Dayananda G, medical superintendent of MVJ Medical College, Dr Darshini was on duty on Sunday and reported to work around 8am. Around 10am, she stepped out of the hospital. As she did not return for a long time, her friends and hospital authorities tried to contact her over phone and the same was answered by Kolar police around 3pm, he said. Dr Dayananda said Dr Darshini was doing first-year MD in paediatrics and had secured a PG seat under merit quota and was staying in the hostel attached to the college. Darshini had done MBBS from Koppal College of Medical Sciences.
Stating that there was no cause for Darshini to resort to such an extreme step, Dr Dayananda said she was good at studies and shared a good rapport with her classmates, lecturers and was well-behaved with patients while attending to them at the hospital wards. Kolar police, while doing mahajar in her room, found a prescription from the psychiatry department of a hospital in Hospet. Dr Darshini had lost her father during the pandemic. Her mother and brother live in Ballari.

वीडियो में शो का एक बहुत ही प्यारा सीन दिखाया गया है। वह शो के दौरान दी गई घाघरा चोली में माधुरी दीक्षित और अनिल कपूर के पॉपुलर गाने ‘धक धक करने लगा’ पर डांस करती नजर आ रही हैं। जैसा ही एक्ट्रेस ने इस ड्रेस को पहना तो सलमान ने उसकी तारीफ करते हुए कहा, “क्या कमल लग रही है।” सलमान उनके डांस का आनंद लेते नजर आ रहे हैं। अंत में दोनों ठहाके लगाकर हंसतो नजर आते हैं। वीडियो को शेयर करते हुए कंगना ने अपनी इंस्टाग्राम स्टोरीज में लिखा, ”ओएमजी!!! हम इतने जवान क्यों दिखते हैं?? क्या इसका मतलब यह है कि अब हम नहीं हैं?” उन्होंने सलमान खान को भी टैग किया है। कंगना रनौत ने मुंबई में सलमान खान की बहन अर्पिता खान की ईद पार्टी में भी शिरकत की थी। इंडस्ट्री में अपने दोस्तों को लेकर काफी सेलेक्टिव रहने वाली कंगना ने पिछले साल एक इंटरव्यू के दौरान सलमान को अपना दोस्त बताया था।

सलमान खान ने अभी तक इस वीडियो का जवाब नहीं दिया है, फैंस ने इस वीडियो को देखने के बाद कमेंट सेक्शन में तरह तरह के सवाल पूछे हैं। एक ने कमेंट किया, “आप दोनों को एक साथ किसी फिल्म में देखना चाहता हूं।”

Flawed policies of rich nation making poor countries pay: PM Narendra Modi | India News – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Monday that every country in the world should rise above vested interests for protection of world climate, and pointed out how flawed policies of a few developed countries are making developing and underdeveloped countries suffer.
Addressing a gathering at Vigyan Bhawan via video message on World Environment Day, Modi noted that even though such countries (rich nations) achieved the goals of development, it was the environment of the whole world that paid the price.
“For decades, there was no country who could object to this attitude of some developed nations,” the Prime Minister said as he expressed delight that India has raised the issue of climate justice in front of every such country. “For a long time, the model of development in big and advanced countries was contradictory. In this developmental model, the thinking was that we first develop our country then we can think about the environment,” the PM said.
Citing a number of examples from India, Modi noted that the country has successfully shown how both development and environmental protection can go hand-in-hand. “It has been the philosophy of Indian culture for thousands of years to lay emphasis on both ‘prakriti’ (nature) and ‘pragati’ (progress),” he said while flagging India’s attention towards both ecology and economy.
“If the country on one side is expanding its 4G and 5G connectivity, on the other side it has increased its forest cover. If the country built four crore houses for the poor, it at the same time also increased wildlife sanctuaries and wildlife in record numbers,” PM Modi said. He also cited examples of increasing footprints of clean energy in the country over the past nine years.
Underlining the theme of this year’s World Environment Day — the campaign to get rid of single-use plastic, Modi expressed happiness that India has been working continuously in this direction for the past 4-5 years, and shared how these efforts have now made recycling compulsory for about 30 lakh tonnes of plastic packaging, which is 75% of the total annual plastic waste produced in India, and brought around 10 thousand producers, importers and brands under its ambit.
The Prime Minister also spoke about Mission LiFE (lifestyle for environment) that was launched last year for pursuing environmentally conscious lifestyle. He said every step taken towards Mission LiFE will become a strong shield for the environment in the times to come.

In the past, Kangana has been one of the actors who visited Salman’s TV shows Dus Ka Dum. She recently walked down the memory lane after she stumbled upon a video clip from the time when she appeared on Salman’s popular TV show.
One of Kangana’s fan pages shared the video which featured the actress having a great with Salman on the set. She can be seen wearing a ghagra choli while Salman can be seen applauding her for being a sport.
The clip then showcases Salman prompting Kangana to dance on Madhuri Dixit‘s popular Dhak Dhak song. Kangana happily gives in and starts performing. Salman can be seen enjoying the moment to the fullest. In the end, both of them can be seen bursting into laughter.

The video seems to have brought a lot of memories from the past to Kangana who shared the video on her Instagram stories. She tagged Salman and wrote, “OMG!!! SK why do we look so young?? Does that mean we aren’t anymore?” followed by a couple of laughing emojis.

Last year, Kangana had attended Arpita Khan‘s Eid bash. Later, she had addressed Salman as her friend while talking about having selective friends in the film industry. Salman had also shared the trailer of her film Dhaakad. Responding to his gesture, Kangana had thanked Salman and praised his ‘heart of gold’. She had also stated that she will never again say that she is alone in Bollywood.
