GT Vs MI Dream11 Team Prediction, Match Preview, Fantasy Cricket Hints: Captain, Probable Playing 11s, Team News; Injury Updates For Today’s GT Vs MI IPL 2023 Qualifier 2 in Ahmedabad, 730PM IST, May 26

Defending champions Gujarat Titans (GT) will be facing off against five-time former winners Mumbai Indians (MI) in the IPL 2023 Qualifier 2 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Friday. Both teams are bidding to join Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the IPL 2023 final on Sunday.

This is the third time that GT and MI are going up against each other with Rohit Sharma’s side winning two of those matches. MI posted their second win over GT recently, when they thrashed the table-toppers by 27 runs at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

GT had defeated MI by 55 runs when the two sides met earlier in the season in Ahmedabad. In the last match between the two sides, Suryakumar Yadav scored his maiden T20 century. For GT, opener Shubman Gill is in sensational form with the bat, having scored back-to-back centuries earlier in the season and is just 9 runs short of possibly becoming the youngest winner of the IPL Orange Cap.

In the bowling department, while GT pacer Mohammad Shami is leading the Purple Cap table with 26 wickets, MI’s Akash Madhwal produced the best-ever bowling figures in a Playoffs match – claiming 5/5 against Lucknow Super Giants in Eliminator. It will be interesting to see if MI will bring back Arjun Tendulkar to play in his first-ever IPL Playoffs match.

GT Vs KKR Dream11 Team Prediction, Match Preview, Fantasy Cricket Hints: Captain, Probable Playing 11s, Team News; Injury Updates For Today’s GT vs KKR IPL 2023 Match No 13 in Ahmedabad, 330PM IST, April 9

Gujarat Titans (GT) return home after playing and winning their first away game, a couple of days back, against Delhi Capitals. This time they welcome Kolkata Knight Riders at Narendra Modi stadium in the day game of Sunday double header. The Hardik Pandya-led side has won both their matches so far in IPL 2023. They kickstarted the tournament with a bang as they beat Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to open their account. GT then beat Delhi Capitals at Feroz Shah Kotla cricket ground to continue their winning run. The form of Shubman Gill, Sai Sudharsan and Rashid Khan has kept them going so far. Against KKR, GT will hope their captain Hardik also contributes with the bat.

One of the big blows for GT is the injury to their overseas pick Kane Williamson, who has already flown home after injuring himself while fielding during CSK match. He was going to control the innings for GT in this season. But in his absence, Hardik will have to play that role now. He was a perfect power anchor last year and GT expects him to deliver the goods in IPL 2023 too.

On the other hand, KKR bounced back in style in their last game as they thrashed visiting Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at Eden Gardens. They have been hit by injuries too with Shreyas Iyer already out of the first half of the season at least. Jason Roy has joined the squad in place of Shakib Al Hasan. It will be interesting to see whether Roy makes it to the playing 11 vs GT straightaway or not.

DC Vs GT IPL 2023 Predicted Playing 11: Will Anrich Nortje And David Miller Be Available For Delhi Capitals And Gujarat Titans

The second week of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 will see the arrival of the top South African players, who have completed their national commitments last weekend. The Delhi Capitals vs Gujarat Titans match no. 7 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi on Tuesday is expected to be the first game in which the top Proteas cricketers will be seen in action. The likes of Anrich Nortje, Lungi Ngidi and David Miller have already landed in Delhi ahead of the clash after completing the Netherlands ODI series.

At least two out of those three South African cricketers are expected to be seen in action on Tuesday evening with Nortje and Miller getting ready to face-off. Nortje will most likely replace fellow South African Rilee Rossouw as David Warner’s side need big boost in terms of bowling firepower.

The Delhi Capitals side looked very thin when in came to their bowling resources in their opening IPL 2023 match against the Lucknow Super Giants which they lost by 50 runs. With some rain around Delhi on Tuesday morning, the Arun Jaitley Stadium pitch should be lively for the pace bowlers.

Defending champions Gujarat Titans, on the other hand, will be buoyed by the return of Miller – one of their star performers for the IPL 2023 title-winning run. Miller has been in terrific form with the bat recently as well, scoring 91 in the third ODI against the Netherlands on Sunday.

Miller scored 481 runs in 16 matches in IPL 2022 at an average of 68.71 and a strike-rate of 142.73. Nortje has a very impressive IPL career with 43 wickets from 30 games at an excellent average of 21.3 and can rattle the batters with his pace as well.

The South African batter will be expected to replace Kane Williamson, who has been ruled out of IPL 2023 after injuring his knee in the opening match of IPL 2023 against Chennai Super Kings last week. The GT team is expected with go ahead with same overseas pacers – Alzarri Joseph and Josh Little for the DC game as well.

Delhi Capitals: Prithvi Shaw, David Warner (c), Mitchell Marsh, Sarfaraz Khan (wk), Manish Pandey, Rovman Powell, Aman Khan, Axar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav, Anrich Nortje, Mukesh Kumar/Chetan Sakariya

Gujarat Titans: Wriddhiman Saha (wk), Shubman Gill, Sai Sudharsan, Hardik Pandya (c), Vijay Shankar, David Miller, Rahul Tewatia, Rashid Khan, Alzarri Joseph, Josh Little, Mohammed Shami
